Hello!  My name is Nicoli (pronounced Nik-u-lee) Clark. This is my first Mind Steward camp. I have been baking and cooking for as long as I can remember.  It all started in my parent's kitchen as I pretended to be on my own cooking show. I truly love creating challenging, artistic, and delicious desserts.  My mantra is that you can easily make your food look amazing, but above all else, your food must taste delicious!  Over the years I have developed my talents and have been able to share beautiful, delicious desserts with many clients.  I have always wanted to take my joy and passion for baking and share it with others.  There is an art to choosing a great recipe that results in a delicious outcome.  Sometimes it takes time, dedication, and failures to create your best masterpieces.  I’m excited to spur on young minds and encourage them to create their own masterpieces and develop their culinary skills to share with those they love!
