BarkesuAmie is a sophomore in High School and has played violin since age 10.  She has studied violin in Harrisburg School District with Ms. Robinson, Mind Steward Studios with Mrs. Joanne Link, and Susquehanna University with Dr. Smolensky.  BarkesuAmie is currently studying with professional violinist, Mrs. Kirsten DelGaudio, and has been studying piano with Ms. Sharon Wallace since the age of 5. 

 

During late elementary through middle school, BarkesuAmie could be seen in the Dauphin County Music Educator's Association Orchestra festival, holding the Concertmaster position in 2022.  During middle school, BarkesuAmie held positions in the Harrisburg Junior Youth Strings Orchestra and as a high school student earned placement into the Harrisburg Youth Symphony Orchestra.
